The Call Tracker service takes your existing telephone lines and hardware and overlays our monitoring services. This allows us to route one or many freephone, local, national or premium rate telephone numbers to your fixed or mobile connection.This is at no extra cost to your customer and some times no extra billing costs to your self!

We track every telephone call that is received in detail, identifying where the call originated, which media generated it and importantly, what it cost to generate it - We can even identify the caller using your CRM combined with our Customer Results Management product.
